As the sun sets and the perfume of jasmine and hibiscus drifts on the warm evening air, there is nothing better than an ouzo amid the elegant wood and marble of the hotel's lobby, or perhaps a cocktail whilst enjoying live music in the Byzantine Bar, before indulging in a delicious feast in one of The Annabelle Hotel's fourrestaurants. The hotel lobby is also a fine place to enjoy an ouzo. Entertainment from local folk dancers is available every night. The Annabelle excels in the quality and variety of its cuisine. Fresh produce from our own organic farm, inspired menus and acclaimed chefs ensure that each of the four restaurants provides a unique culinary experience. The hotel's impressive wine list offers everything from the delicate regional wines of Cyprus, to the finest international vintages. With its intimate candlelit tables looking down over delightful illuminated water gardens, The Deck restaurant offers an innovative gastronomic experience. The Fontana Amorosa entices with a menu of contemporary continental cuisine, while The Pergola offers a choice of buffet or a la carte dishes in a relaxed, family atmosphere. Not to be missed is the Mediterraneo Restaurant where Executive chef Polycarpos Demetriou prepares traditional Cypriot dishes.
